Ingredients:

  • Bottom Layer

    • 1 ¼ cup flour
    • ½ cup butter
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar

    ·   Place in 8×8 pan and bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven

    Top Layer

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp flour
    • ½ tablespoon Baking Powder
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 1 cup walnuts
    • ½ cup crushed coconut
    ·   Place on top of bottom layer then place back in 350 degree oven and bake a further 20 -25 minutes

Instructions

Place the bottom layer in a 8×8 pan and bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Once the top layer ingridents are mixed, place them on top of bottom layer then place back in 350 degree oven and bake a further 20 -25 minutes.
