Tasting Notes:

This dry white wine offers pear and white peaches on the nose with a hint of orange blossom. On the palate you will enjoy a lovely round mouth feel with flavours of citrus, lemon curd and jasmine. The finish lingers with a refreshing pear nuance and balanced acidity.

Food Pairings:

Triple cream (Brie-style) cheese, Buttercream sauce or even buttered popcorn. Shrimp and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, fried calamari, and oysters. Have you tried caviar on oysters? Fruit-based desserts such as tarts, crepes, and any buttered or honeyed dessert.
