Tasting Notes:

This is a full-bodied red wine with rich dark fruit aromas and flavours of cassis, blackberry, dark chocolate, and black cherry. It is beautifully textured with good tannic tension. It is refined and elegant. The finish is generous and full of finesse.

Our Oak Pinot Noir harvested from our Jones Vineyard in Summerland and aged in oak barrels.
This Pinot Noir has enticing aromas of warm spices and black pepper. The
cool terroir from which the fruit was harvested, helps retain the fresh
red berry flavours in the wine.

Food Pairings:

This full-bodied wine pairs well with rich red meat like beef steaks or grilled burgers. It also goes well with sharp, full-flavored cheeses like Cheddar, Asiago, Gouda and tomatoe dishes.
